How short-notice charter works
Same-day charter depends on one thing: whether a suitable aircraft and a rested crew are positioned near your departure airport. When they are, a flight can often be arranged within hours. When they are not, we widen the search to nearby airports and operators.
Because we are a broker, we are not limited to a single fleet. We ask many operators at once, compare what is available, and present only options that meet our safety and quality standards. Availability always depends on aircraft and crew, and we will tell you plainly if a departure is not realistic.

- Departure and arrival airports (or cities — we will suggest the best fit)
- Desired departure time and how flexible it is
- Number of passengers and the amount of luggage, including golf bags
- Pets, if any
- Passport details for any international leg
Last-minute to the Caribbean
